What is the FAA Part 107 certification?
Part 107 is the FAA certification that lets you legally fly drones for commercial work in the U.S. Our Part 107 Prep course covers the regulations, airspace, and weather knowledge you need for the exam.
Do I need to own a drone to start?
No. You can add a training-drone rental to your booking at checkout, so you can start flying even if you don't own one yet. If you do own a drone, add it to your profile and your instructor tailors the training to your model.
Is training in person or online?
Both. Hands-on flying happens in the field, while regulatory prep (like Part 107) can be taken as online classes. Your class hub gives you map directions for field sessions and conference links for virtual ones.
How does scheduling and payment work?
You pick an open slot against your instructor's live calendar, then check out securely with Stripe (cards or mobile wallets) and get an itemized receipt. You'll get alerts for approvals, changes, and weather cancellations.
What happens if weather cancels my session?
Field sessions can be marked "weather delayed," and you're notified instantly so you can rebook. Keeping training safe and weather-aware is built into the platform.
